To say this year tested us would be an understatement. However, even though the year brought many formidable obstacles and stressful situations, we were able to lean into our core values and make the best of a difficult situation for our employees, clients and partners —and use our resources to support those in need during a global pandemic.

The end of 2021 stands as a milestone for Brush Country Claims. With more than three decades of business under our belt, this past year we experienced tremendous growth and continued use of innovative proprietary technology partnered with world-class customer service. We also continued to invest in our people and their growth to prepare for the “new normal” in a post-pandemic world. At a minimum, 2021 gave us an education we won’t soon forget.

A few highlights from 2021 include:

  • A year of learning. We’ve seen tremendous teamwork and collaboration in 2021. Our team pitched and was then selected to be a participant in the reputable seventh cohort of the Lloyd’s Lab innovation accelerator.. Through the program, we were offered unparalleled access to top mentors and leading experts — presenting the opportunity to grow our network within global insurance and challenging us to continue moving the industry forward.

  • A year of gratitude. Every year brings another hurricane season. Our CAT team leaders were the first line of contact for many after a terrible natural disaster, and they provide invaluable insight, background and data to our team at Brush Country Claims to be able to help policyholders quickly, efficiently and effectively. We greatly appreciate our employees’ efforts — their dedication, passion, and commitment has made our company what it is today.

  • A year of growth. Our employees rallied together to see significant growth year-over-year, adding new team members and partnering with new clients alike. Our team old and new continued to step up to advocate for the high-quality work Brush Country Claims strives for.

A special thank you to the Brush Country Claims community for coming together this year to learn and support each other during these unrivaled times. As we enter a new year, we expect to see insurers focused on digital innovation in order to maintain a competitive edge and restore customers’ faith in the industry. We look forward to a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year ahead! Here’s to a great 2022, Happy New Year to all!
